Materials of construction included stainless steel, cold rolled steel, as well as hot rolled pickled and oiled steel to achieve a clean, uniform surface. Inside our well-equipped facility, we employed multiple fabrication techniques to shear, cut, form, and machine the component parts and grind them to a high quality finish. After deburring to remove any traces of machining debris, additional operations involved welding, assembling, and applying a durable and attractive paint coating. Both dimensional and visual inspections revealed that we fabricated this large enclosure, featuring dimensions of 62.36″ in length, 79.08″ in width, and 36.72″ in height, to within precise ± 0.03″ tolerances.
