MIG, TIG, Resistance Welding

At Fabri-Tech, our success as a metal fabricator is built on providing our customers with an end-to-end solution. This means that we can take a project from concept to delivery while handling every aspect of fabrication. Welding is an important part of metal fabrication, and we are equipped to accommodate virtually any welding requirement. Our facility is equipped with advanced MIG, Pulse TIG, and resistance welding systems (up to 450 amps) that are ideal for the welding of materials such as aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. Our weld operations are geared for contract and production welding in full AWS compliance. These advanced services have been used for a wide variety of diverse applications such as boilers, tubular frames, tanks, and many other structural and industrial applications.

Our quality and craftsmanship is backed up by a deep commitment to quality; all welded products are subject to stringent quality measures, and we operate an ISO 9001:2015 certified shop. We offer a broad range of arc/resistance welding processes, including, but not limited to, GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) and spot welding. We invite you to contact Fabri-Tech today to inquire after our advanced MIG, TIG, and resistance welding capabilities or any of our service options, which include assembly, prototyping, and research and development.

General Capabilities Contract
Welding Process GTAW - (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) Also known as Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding. This process uses a nonconsumable tungsten electrode, an inert gas and a separate fillermaterial. This process is sometimes mistakenly referred to as Heliarc welding.

MIG - (Metal Inert Gas Welding)
Also referred to as Gas Metal Arc Welding.

Spot Welding Spot welding is form of resistance welding used to join overlapping metal sheets. Two electrodes are used to clamp the sheets together andpass the current between them.
